Friendly Service and Safe Location
Spending Christmas at a hotel is a tradition for my family, and even though this hotel had its flaws, I have to say that the service was amazing. The staff was warm and welcoming, and they made sure that we felt safe in the surrounding area. the location was perfect, near all the main attractions and places to eat. We didn't have to walk too far to find something to do.
Sadly, the negative aspects outweighed the positive. The pillows were filled with tiny beads, which made them quite uncomfortable.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for families who want to stay in a welcoming, safe area, providing easy access to local attractions. Upon arrival, the friendly staff immediately makes you feel comfortable and provides excellent service during your stay. the rooms are cozy, warm, and well-equipped with modern amenities that fully function. the bathrooms are clean, well-maintained, and include essentials, such as towels and toiletries. there is a delicious breakfast available, including a variety of dishes to suit everyone's taste.
The only drawback is that there isn't much information about the hotel online.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects were hotel facilities and the friendly staff. The hotel provided us with warm and clean rooms, perfect technology, and a safe atmosphere. The breakfast was also very tasty and convenient for us. The hotel's location was comfortable and conveniently close to transportation.

The staff was friendly, making the stay pleasant. the location was convenient and secure, providing a sense of safety in a questionable area. the room technology was up-to-date, and the bed was comfortable enough to rest peacefully despite the noise outside.
The pillows were quite uncomfortable, filled with tiny beads rather than cotton. the lack of a charge cable added inconvenience, which could have been solved if rented from the front desk.
